Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Drilled subscriptions processed through Stripe.

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation prevents future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

2. Trials

If a free trial is offered at checkout, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Trial length, if any, is shown at checkout.

3. Refunds

  • Annual plans: If you request a refund within 7 days of the initial annual charge and have not made substantial use of the Service, we will generally refund the purchase. Contact veritasvisioai@gmail.com.
  • Monthly plans: Monthly charges are typically non-refundable once the period has started; cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded after verification.

4. How to request a refund

Email veritasvisioai@gmail.com with the email on your account and the approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
